Q: So what different about purchasing from this store?
A: This store is a little different from most, as you are buying an individual, one of a kind item. The unique nature of each piece means that we can’t have defaults for Shipping and Handling charges. We take your purchase information and address and then calculate the best shipping price based on the items you have chosen. We then contact you to confirm the final price. If this is agreed, payment is done via a Paypal invoice, which we email to you. You can then pay via Credit or Debit card or an existing PayPal account. Once payment is received, your order is shipped to you in the manner agreed upon.
Q: How quickly will I be emailed with a final price?
A: I do my best to respond in a very timely fashion – within the day normally. However, please understand that with young children sometimes unexpected situations arise and I may be delayed in calculating the shipping options.
Q: When do you ship orders?
A: Orders will be shipped out Monday-Friday, as soon as possible after payment has been received. Please let me know if you need an item in a hurry and I will do my best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Q: I live locally, can I pick up?
A: Customers in the Nanaimo area may pick up their order from the studio and can pay with cash.
Q: Can I pay via cheque?
A: Cheque payments will only be accepted at my sole discretion and for local customers only. All orders must be paid for in full before shipping or collection.
